Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Gift cards, sale items, and promotional items are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) to Love Glow for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date or delivered date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in its original packaging. Return shipping is $7 and will be taken out of your refund amount. Refunds are within the US only.

For a return shipping label, e-mail support@loveglow.io with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line. In the email body, please specify the item(s) you would like to return, as well as, the reason for your return.

Refunds

Only the item(s) specified in the original return request will be refunded. Once your return is inspected and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Extra items included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Only the retail value plus tax, less any payment processing fee and discount(s) if applicable, paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return, minus the $7 shipping cost. Shipping fees paid by the customer at time of the original purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Please allow 5-14 business days to process your return. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
